This Privacy Policy describes how BuildWise collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal information when users visit the BuildWise website, join the Founder waitlist, contact BuildWise or use other features that link to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information Collected During the Soft Launch

Each marketing email contains a working unsubscribe mechanism.
A user can unsubscribe from promotional email without removing their underlying waitlist record, unless they also request deletion. Once a user opts out, BuildWise stores the unsubscribe state and prevents future marketing delivery.
6. Cookies and Analytics
BuildWise uses only the cookies and technologies actually in use, which may include:
- Necessary cookies
- Preference storage
- Analytics, if installed
- Security and anti-abuse tools
- Affiliate attribution, when affiliate links become active
Where nonessential analytics or tracking requires consent in a relevant jurisdiction, BuildWise applies the appropriate consent behavior.

- Security logs are retained for a limited operational period.
- Legal, fraud-prevention and recordkeeping requirements may require longer retention.
- Backups may persist temporarily until overwritten.
9. Security
BuildWise uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and BuildWise cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Privacy Rights
Depending on location and applicable law, users may request:

- Deletion
- A portable copy
- Withdrawal from marketing
- Opt-out rights where applicable
- Appeal of a denied request where required

11. Children's Privacy
BuildWise is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 may not submit personal information or join the waitlist.
If BuildWise learns that it collected personal information from a child under 13 without required authorization, BuildWise will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
Retailer and third-party websites operate under their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites.
13. Changes
Material changes will be reflected through an updated date and additional notice where required.
